All returns should be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date of registration / making payment. All returns should be in original format, unused by you, in condition as was at the time of registration / making payment.
To cancel your subscription and claim for a refund, please send an email to the Grotrace customer service es@iflmea.com to claim a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) Number.After receiving the RMA Number, send us your claim of refund including your proof of payment to our following address:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your claim for refunds.
After receiving claim for your refund, and inspecting the condition of your claim for refund, we will process your refund. Please us fourteen (14) working days to process your claim. We will notify you when the refund claim has been processed.
